Does hitting/punching your muscles make them stronger since it damages them so they grow back stronger,does injury make your muscles stronger, just like exercising they should grow back stronger?

Unlike after muscle damage from exercises, damage form hitting weakens the muscles and may even lead to muscle loss. During exercises, muscles are damaged in the rights places making healing easier and strengthening the muscles. On the contrary, hitting damages muscles in inappropraiate places, which may cause to the death of the muscle cells, and thus loss.
